Allied Transmission supplies gears to major OEMs in India and Overseas for different automobile industry, like, Heavy, Medium & Light Trucks, Utility Vehicles, Tractors & Off Highway. We specialise in manufacturing parts with critical machining tolerances in area’s such as Gear Hobbing, Gear Shaving, Gear Shaping, Gear Grinding, Broaching etc.

Allied Transmission & Gears is one of the world leaders in gears technology and India’s largest custom gear manufacturer. We have the ability to produce any transmission part using a sample or the drawing within a time frame of 45-60 days through reverse engineering.

Our facilities include state of the art Gear manufacturing machinery such as CNC Gear Hobbing, CNC Gear Shaping, CNC Shaving, CNC Broaching, Gear Grinding VMC’s, Turning Centers and also have our own Gas Carburizing furnace (GCF),

Sealed quench furnace (SQF) and Induction hardening machines. Our current set up is capable of producing more than 200,000 gears every month. With our in house set up of coating, We also have the facility of chemical blackening of gears. We have the latest machines from the best manufacturers in the world such as HAAS, Liebherr, Mitsubishi, Gleason, Hurth, SIMA, LMW and more. We are equipped with the latest models of machines for manufacturing Gears up to 400mm Dia and shafts upto 1700mm length

We are capable of producing DIN class 6-8 with gear grinding. The company has plans to invest into more profile grinding machines as the industry moved towards EV’s

Allied Transmission relies on its in-house heat treating facility to ensure uncompromising quality in meeting metallurgical requirements of the customer. It has a full range of heat treat capabilities which includes.

  • Gas Carburizing
  • Induction Hardening
  • Plug Quenching
  • SQF.

We have our own lab for Metallurgy comprising of the best in class machinery for testing of material and hardening.
Our Metallurgical Laboratory Facilities include:

  • Metallography equipment
  • Micro hardness testers
  • spectrometer

Allied Transmission is equipped with the most advanced heat treatment facility of 150 ton carburizing capacity per month to assure hardness and durability of the product. The in house facility is used round the clock to ensure timely production of material

Our commitment to quality is a major reason for our growth. Our state of the art gear inspection equipment allows us to monitor the production both in-process and final inspection. We have the latest Klingelnber P26 Gear testing machine loaded with a bunch of softwares along with a Zeiss CMM ( Coordinate measuring machine ) and Klingelnberg PFS600
We are ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, Zed certified. We aim to be ISO 14001, AS9000 certified in the next 1 year. Our facility is installed with the latest Scada controlled SQF
